I will provide a questionnaire to determine your current state, any dietary restrictions that you may have,  your activity levels and cooking habits. Once I determine your current state, I can create a customized plan for your specific needs.

Together, we will determine what your goals are, how you are going to get there and in what time period. My goal for you is to determine the most adoptable changes so you see success in your efforts.
